How to draw an anime (head part only)

1.
Ok so the first thing that you’ll have to draw
is a CIRCLE, but DON’T press your pencil at all when you draw the circle just
draw smoothly but able to be seen. You don’t have to draw the circle really
perfect because you’re just going to have to rub it and remember that when you
want to draw anime face from any angle you’ll always have to start with a
circle.

2. Now draw one vertical line in the middle of the
circle then draw two horizontal lines the first horizontal line is where you
want to start drawing the eyes from and the second horizontal line is where the
bottom line of the eyes will be at.

So if you don’t really know what I
meant by the bottom line of the eyes and where you start look at the picture
above because then u think you’ll understand. So the upper line of the eye (not
the eyebrow) is where you start drawing the eyes and the last thing you’ll draw
is the bottom line. As you can see the previous picture because of the
horizontal lines it looks like that as if the face is divided into 3 rows, so
now you’ll have the eyes drawn in the middle row.
3. So how you’re going to draw the eyes is that
first you’ll have to draw the upper line very curvedly then draw the oval then
a circle in the right/left corner (you don’t have to have one white circle and
can be two too) then the pupil in the middle of the oval, draw a line going a
little bit down from both sides of the pupil connecting to the oval.
4. Now all you have to do is just to color in the
pupil real black, then color the rest of the oval but not as black as the pupil
(you can also use pencil to color it in).

5. On top is a picture of different type of mouth
expressions. If you look at the second previous picture you’ll find a short horizontal
line in the third row, that’s the mouth in that picture so if you want to draw
a different style of mouth draw it in that same place and yes include the nose
too.
6. Draw the nose in the point where the second
horizontal and the vertical line meet.

Now since you have all of the things that
you need in a face all you need to draw is the hair and the picture above are
some different types of hair.
7. When drawing the hair and the hairstyle has
bangs/fringe the bangs/fringe must be only until the eyebrow but it can also pass
the eyebrow a little bit too.
